Business Coaching...

Jill’s business clients want to work on a specific area of their business; such how to market to a niche clientele, or business branding. Jill has seen an increase in clients who want to improve their business etiquette, communication style and professional image.

"Today’s business woman is finding that their particular field is growing fast and becoming increasingly competitive. She knows that she needs to stand out for the right reasons. No matter how strong your services are or how good your product, you are the image and face of your business. People notice everything from your appearance and behavior at a business event, to your spoken and written words."                     -- Jill Crossland

Life Coaching...

Clients want to explore the opportunities for women over 40. Jill helps her clients to get to know themselves again, to re-discover a dream or find a new passion. When the journey starts from a point of transition, such as divorce or becoming a widow; it can be painful but life coaching can help to make it a less lonely and confusing time.

"Somewhere around forty everything starts to change; our thoughts, feelings, roles, and bodies. By adjusting time management, setting new boundaries & starting a self-care program that meets the needs of a woman going through peri/menopause a client can start to discover what is important to her at this point in her life. It’s not our mother’s midlife, today’s baby boomer is not looking to retire and slow down, instead she sees it as a time for her, a time for growth and self expression."
