It’s not everyday someone says they are living their
purpose...but Karen gets to! Her slogan is “Connecting You Sole to Soul” &
that is what she does!
After eight major surgeries in nine years, my body was toxic
with drugs and unable to release them. When I was introduced to Reflexology,
I was so amazed with the results that I knew I needed to learn more.
Later, as I worked with my own clients, I began sensing their blocked
emotions. I started to see patterns in their blocked energy, and the dis-ease
that it was creating. When connecting emotions to organs, I found the
patterning was unmistakable. This set me on a quest to learn more about the
emotional and physical connection, and dynamic of releasing and balancing
energy. I was introduced to Psychosomatic Therapy, Reiki, Quantum Healing
and Theta Healing. Of all, one of the most powerful teachings was the body’s
ability to hold memory at a cellular level and how massage and triggering
can release past trauma relating to abuse, grief, stress, birth trauma, etc.
I expanded my knowledge during a trip to India with a daily routine of yoga,
meditation and massage. I also learned that the process of balancing all
aspects for the human body was the only way that a person can fully heal. I
was later introduced to the native teaching of Soul Retrieval and Shamanic
Journeying. These teachings mirror the traditional teaching of Hypnotherapy
and PSYCH-KTM, bringing in the mental aspect of releasing old beliefs and
programs to shift into the NOW.
With these teachings, I am able to offer a combination of therapies
including Guided Emotional Release, Esoteric and Theta Healing, Reflexology,
Hypnotherapy, Massage, Quantum Healing and Reiki. If you are ready to get to
