Manifesting Your Goals - Be Your Own Shining Star

Imagine yourself manifesting your goals effortlessly; feeling in a state of “flow”, accomplishing great things. Oh, so that’s not how you achieve goals? Read on to learn how you can manifest goals easily and be a Shining Star! Get a journal and write “Be A Star” on the front. This is a new book, for a New Year and a New You.

Write down something you do or have achieved easily that other people think is hard? Imagine yourself from an observer’s point of view, seeing yourself, tuning into your thoughts, feelings, etc. What has supported you in achieving your goal? Maybe you had a clear picture in your mind, heard yourself say “This is easy” or you just “felt” you could do it. How is it easy for you, when it seems hard for others? In what way is it hard for others? (If you can, ask them).

Write down a goal you didn’t achieve. Again, seeing it from an observer’s point of view. What stopped you from achieving it? Perhaps confusion, the goal seemed unclear, you felt resistance in your body or thought “I can’t do this.” Did the goal steps seem like problems?

Think of someone who did it easily (or could do it easily). Why was it easy for them? As you look at this closely, realize there really are no problems, only your perception of problems. Your worry thoughts and feelings about things seem like problems, but they are only resistance. The acronym for fear is “False Evidence Appearing Real”. It seems very real. Is it real or only your perception of things?

Resistance Stops You and Causes Stress - Resistance confuses your subconscious mind so it doesn’t know what you want. You think “that’s hard for me” and your subconscious believes you. It delivers results that support it being hard for you. Your beliefs, supported by internal pictures, thoughts and feelings (empowering or limiting) drive you, leading you to your goals or stopping you from achieving them; what you believe is what you achieve.

Author, Anthony Robbins stated, “If at first you don’t succeed, change something and try, try again. Remaining flexible, change and try again.” Over the next few days, think of a goal that you want. Ask yourself, “What stops me from reaching it?” From an observer’s point of view, write down limiting beliefs, negative pictures you see in your minds eye, feelings of resistance in your body and thoughts of doubt or fear that surface. Remember, they are only perceived resistance or old patterns and can be changed.

Next, ask yourself, “What is the positive purpose of believing in resistance?” Keep asking until you discover a bottom line purpose such as keeping you safe or taking care of you in some way. Once you know the positive purpose, you can release resistance and focus on gaining the positive purpose in more constructive ways.

Manifesting Goals and Abundance, the Big Picture! - When you clearly state your goal and dissolve resistance, your subconscious moves into “flow” and connects with the Abundance of the Universe. Abundance comes in many forms such as love, health, joy, peace, prosperity and enjoyable work. You are one with Universal Abundance. Take a leap of faith with me, for a week, a month or all year. The results will amaze you. Following are steps to manifesting your goals:
1) Clarify what you don’t want.
2) Clarify what you do want, the clearer your specific goal is the better.
3) Dissolve resistance.
4) Visualize your connection to Universal Abundance and a clear picture of the end result. See it, hear it, feel it, believe it, accept it as yours.
5) Take action, commit and do something to move forward.
6) Focus on it often during the day with positive energy.
7) Watch for what works and what doesn’t. Change what isn’t working.
8) Keep affirming with a Leap of Faith.

Visualization - Look up, away from facts and reality, into the Abundant Universe. See, hear, feel your connection to Abundance. Imagine Universal Abundance flowing to you. Picture your goal complete. Believe it as yours and accept that it is coming to you now.

Through out the day, continue to focus with clear and positive intent on picturing your goal achieved and receiving Universal Abundance. Repeat many times daily “I am one with Universal Abundance! Universal Abundance is coming to me now.”

World Abundance Visualization - In this visualization imagine seeing, hearing and feeling Universal Abundance (Peace, Love, Joy, Health, Security, Wealth, etc.) flowing from the sky into you, filling you. Picture it expanding and flowing into your family, friends, co-workers; filling them, loving, healing them and multiplying. Picture it filling Calgary, all people; expanding and growing to touch and fill Canada. Imagine Universal Abundance multiplying and filling all the people of the world. Everyone, everywhere is filled with peace, health, love, joy, prosperity and more. Expand more, then see the abundance flowing back to you, in all ways positive. Feel an abundance of all good things coming to you. See, hear, feel your goals coming into your life.

This is a wonderful visualization to do. In the morning it starts the day off on a positive note and at bedtime it sets you up for Sweet Dreams of giving and receiving. Watch for abundance coming into your life.
