How can I create the
changes I want in my life with more empowerment and peace, and less stress?
Peace and empowerment are key factors to achieving change, but is change
possible with less stress? Or, is stress actually the factor that created
the desire for peace and empowerment? For example, a typical “replay”
conversation of: “Can you believe what happened today...” Stress peaks our
attention, emphasizing the desire for change and this creates peace and
empowerment. What you focus on grows, so what you talk about, think about or
worry about is what the universe hears, so the stress grows.
If life was like a house with constant dialogue between the inside and
outside, and the outside house speaking louder is stress, and peace and
empowerment is when the inner house prevails - then imagine the
possibilities when your inner desires are aligned with your outside world.
The question is, do you have the mindset to release the “outside” triggers
so that inner peace and empowerment can prevail? You are the only one who
can pull the switch of the triggers, or choose peace and empowerment. It may
seem like change is creating more stress, when in reality, “releasing the
old patterns” pointed out by the stress is just like “following the clues on
the map” to finding the treasure chest of peace and empowerment.
Subconscious beliefs hold the key to releasing old triggers as it runs your
“snap decisions, beliefs and habits” and forms the perceptions in your
mindset of “triggers” or “tools” for empowerment.
