RISING WOMEN EXPERTS...
Is the Gallbladder/Liver Flushes safe and effective?
By Monica Hirai of Hirai Health Services
The Gallbladder/Liver Flush is safe if you follow the instructions very
carefully and make sure that the full amount of Epsom salts is taken as
listed in the recipe below.
The supplies you will need include:
1) One quart jar to mix 3 cups of purified water with 4 tablespoons of Epsom
salts (you can use the same salt you use for the bath, just make sure it is
plain, not scented);
2) Organic olive oil, one large/medium grapefruit and a straw, plus another
pint jar to mix the olive oil and freshly-squeezed grapefruit together;
3) Black walnut extract;
4) Liquid calcium, to help settle your stomach if needed.
This flush will release many gallstones and clean out the bile ducts,
however stop taking all supplementation the night before, eat a “no fat”
breakfast and lunch the next day and drink only liquids like water, freshly
made vegetable juices or fruit juices after 2:00 pm.
If you absolutely cannot fast, then you it is important that you just eat
vegetables and fruit in order to obtain the best results.
Make up the Epsom Salt mixture right away and put in the fridge. It tastes
better if cold because it is quite bitter. If you need to, you can drink
more water right after taking the mixture or take a swig of unsweetened
juice to take the taste out of your mouth.
At 6:00 pm, you drink 3/4 cup of this mixture. Drink another 3/4 cup at 8:00
pm. After this second dose, combine the olive oil/grapefruit mixture with 1
tsp of Black Walnut extract and mix well. Make sure you are ready for bed by
9:45 pm as you need to drink this mixture through the straw right before
going to bed at 10:00 pm. Before this time you will also want to make sure
that the liquid calcium is handy so that if you need to keep your stomach
settled in the middle of the night, you can take a swig of it quickly.
The next morning you will take your 3rd and 4th doses of the Epsom Salt
mixture at 6:00 am and 8:00 am. Your body will then begin to release the
gallstones and chaff from the bile ducts through many liquid bowel
movements.
You can start to eat light meals consisting of fruits and vegetables at
lunch time Your liquid bowel movements should be finished by late afternoon
to early evening.
