RISING WOMEN EXPERT
ADVICE...
How do I protect myself from this recession and thrive and grow my
business when I am faced by so much doom and gloom?
You are ready to find a way to create re-alignment for your
organization, find the doorways of new possibilities, re-frame, refocus, and
renew your business! In these “shrinking times” you need to turn your
challenges into new opportunities. Remember you have choices. Create what
you believe is possible by taking charge of your attitude. Reality
check...people are still spending money and buying services like yours.
Following is a low cost success system. Implementing it on a regular basis
will help you thrive and grow your business.
RE-FRAME your business story to look for the gifts, blessings and benefits
you provide your clients. Provide client loyalty and referral programs. Your
task is to have your clients rave about you and make your products or
services their first choice. Look for additional ways your clients can use
your products and services, and look for new markets where you can prospect
for additional clients.
REFOCUS by cocooning yourself from the doom and gloom by associating with
positive people who are thrivers. Let go of those who are chronically
negative and filter out their opinions. Too frequently people are impacted
by the negative energy of others. Refocus your commitment and know that you
are someone who can thrive. Design your relationships and create the “WOW”
customer service factor for each client.
RENEW your companies’ product or service. This enables you to be proactive
versus reactive. This is an opportunity to determine the best usage of all
your resources to maximize your performance and business objectives. An
intentional creation will nurture your business and reveal opportunities
that can be accessed in order to increase, leverage and enhance your
business growth and development. Remember, creativity revolves around being
receptive. Actively listening to a list of ingredients enhances your
business capacity. This includes: clarity, vision, action, commitment,
courage, generosity, compassion, honesty, openness to learn, receiving and
servicing. Reflect on your current capacities and competencies from the
above list. Be brutally honest with yourself and recognize your strengths
and the areas that you wish to develop. Then rank your priorities and
identify which need attention to improve your business.
