RISING WOMEN EXPERT
ADVICE...
I’ve been thinking
of having a reading but I’m a bit confused. There are psychics, mediums,
clairvoyants and then there is soul readings, tarot readings, angel
readings, spirit readings, etc. Do they all provide different information?
This is a good question. There are many different types of
readings based on the reader’s experience, preferred approach, talents,
skills, area of expertise and also the label they prefer to use for
themselves.
The word “psychic” is derived from the Greek word “psukhikos” meaning “of
the soul” or “spirit”. A variety of dictionaries describe the noun “psychic”
as - a person who is sensitive to forces beyond the physical world; a
spiritualistic medium; a person sensitive to spiritualistic forces; a
clairvoyant or a person who has extra sensory perception or paranormal
powers. As an adjective, dictionaries list “psychic” as - outside the sphere
of physical science, extra sensory perception and forces of a paranormal
nature.
As you can see from these definitions for the word “psychic” we have covered
all the main phrases you inquired about psychics, mediums, clairvoyants,
soul readings, life and spirit readings. Most of the time, I think many
readers are telling you very similar information based on connecting with
the subtle vibrations as part of your electromagnetic field/aura. Some
readers may use tools to help them focus, such as tarot cards, crystal
balls, or tea leaves while other readers prefer not to use these tools.
Some readers are more gifted in one area more than others. There are readers
that specialize in connecting with people who have passed into the spirit
world and title themselves as a medium. Medical Intuitives are skilled at
seeing or sensing the energies of health imbalances in the body and can help
with preventative measures before the health problem manifests. There are
readers that connect more with past lives while others connect to the
angelic or fairy realm more easily. Some are diversified and can use
clairvoyance (psychic sight), clairaudience (psychic hearing), psychometry
(reading a personal object) and other tools all combined.
All readers have different abilities. It’s important for you to do some
homework to help you make a decision on the type of reader you would like to
see. I think the most important thing to do is to define what kind of
information or guidance you are seeking. Then check out the available
readers who have the experience that matches your criteria. If you are both
on the same page, you will have a much more rewarding and beneficial
experience.
