RISING WOMEN EXPERT ADVICE...

There is a lot of information out there about creating the life I want, and it seems like quite a struggle to do that, so what can I do to change my beliefs and habits to create the life I want with more ease and success?

When we want to make change and create the life we want, we are using the conscious mind. The conscious mind is about willpower and wanting, and the conscious mind also judges our success or failure.

Have you ever had a prevailing habit of something that seems to be a struggle no matter how hard you try to get “better” results? For example, in weight loss, the primary focus is exercise and nutrition. Through exercise and nutrition, weight loss does occur, however, is it maintained? Many times not. Exercise and nutrition are the actions taken to achieve and judge the goal, and are the “visible” conscious mind components. The missing component in this equation is the subconscious mind which is the program running our “snap decisions, beliefs, and habits”.

The conscious mind is 5 percent of the processing capacity of our mind, and the subconscious mind is 95 percent. So, it becomes clear that the program running our habits, beliefs and snap decisions is far beyond the capacity of the conscious mind, and is therefore the “invisible” source of what is “visible” in our lives. As many authors have stated, “our outside world is created by our ‘inside’ reality.” This explains why old habits return and it feels like a real struggle to be successful in changing life patterns and habits.

The real question: “Is your mind working for you or against you?” To quote many authors, “Change your mind, change your life.”

Imagine the difference if the 95 percent of the mind was aligned with the 5 percent. That would be like adding jet fuel to accelerate the ease and success of living the life you want.

The good news is that beliefs, habits and patterns can be changed quickly and easily using processes that communicate directly with the subconscious mind, such as PSYCH-K™ and Hypnotherapy. You may prefer to experience these through an individual session, workshop, or take the training yourself.
