Sick
of Being Tired? A Look at Chronic Fatigue &
Fibromyalgia
By Janet Rowe of Health & Natural Lifestyles
What is Chronic Fatigue? What is Fibromyalgia? Why is it every time you turn
around you finding someone with these disorders? As a blood analyst, I can
tell you that I see these disorders in about 45 - 55 percent of my
clientele, from 6 years to 75 years old, in females and males. Why is it
there? What causes it? Can it be fixed?
Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia are new names for components of the Herpes
Virus as in Epstein Barr Virus, Mononucleosis, chicken pox, etc. Can Western
Medicine fix it? No, not usually. This is because they don’t have the
science or knowledge of how to deal with a virus as all of their blood tests
are based on bacteriology so they can’t see the components of it in the
blood. The way that they do blood tests does not show the deficiencies, the
yeast/Candida, the myco-plasma infection, or the chemical metal toxicity, so
they don’t really know what causes the pain in the muscle tissue and joints.
From doing the photo comparative blood analysis for over 11 years now, I can
tell you that most of the blood characteristics seen in Chronic Fatigue are
also seen in Fibromyalgia.
As far as I am concerned the commonalties seen in the blood are virus, liver
stress, yeast, fungus and parasites, chemical metal toxicity, mycoplasma
infection and deficiencies in minerals, essential fatty acids and
multi-vitamins. Most often there is a hormonal imbalance in progesterone,
estrogen, testosterone, thyroid and pineal/pituitary glands. The constant or
lack of communication between the hypothalamus to pituitary and then to the
thyroid, pineal gland and then sex hormones can cause further problems in
depression, mood swings, sleep problems, problems with uterus, ovaries and
sexual energy and emotional swings. This can totally affect so many symptoms
in metabolism, sleep, emotions and depression. There are reasons you are not
yourself; it’s okay to admit there is something not quite right. Typically,
both candidates have had long-term stress in their daily lives, and this is
a huge component to resolving the issues - the removal or solution of
dealing with stresses is needed. Stress should be limited, and certainly not
a major component of your daily life.
So what is the difference between the two disorders? Usually the muscle
joint pain is more severe in the individual with Fibromyalgia. This is
typically caused from their inability to exercise, which stops the lactic
acid from draining out of the muscle tissue and joints which causes the
mycoplasma infection to proliferate. This can be indirectly caused from the
ability to digest and assimilate nutrition. There also seems to be
differences in the hormones, mental attitude, priorities and emotions.
I have encountered many people who have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia,
but have more symptoms adjacent with Chronic Fatigue. This person still has
the insomnia, mood swings, etc., same symptoms as the person with
Fibromyalgia, but not the same attitude.
People with Chronic Fatigue quite often continue to do their day to day
activities as usual. Some don’t know that they even have it. They just think
they are more tired than usual, and seem to continue to get some exercise
and continue to function. The people who have Fibromyalgia are able to say
that they want help and will change, but it’s as if they really don’t want
to get well - as if the attention they are getting from being sick is so
important that there is a fear of getting well. Most of the time they don’t
see this in themselves and don’t recognize the “poor me” syndrome, or the
rut they have created for themselves. They then don’t make the lifestyle
changes, and are usually more concerned about the weight they have gained.
They try to take it off by using Chromium, for instance, instead of spending
the money on killing the mycoplasma which causes the aches and pains. Very
confused priorities?
There are definite emotional/mental traumas here, and concentration needs to
be on a regimen of emotional, mental, and physical support. They need
belief, encouragement of self-esteem, and to release fear and emotional
stress. Love and support is there whether they are sick or not. The release
of anger, self-worth issues, self-respect, and self-love need to be
encouraged and supported through an emotional healer. Please understand that
emotional healing is very important component of healing both Chronic
Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, and can also be addressed through homeopathic
medicine from someone able to identify the correct remedy for the miasm and
personality. Family members, friends, and spouses or significant others need
to take a firm, but loving stance with them, helping and supporting them in
their effort and changes. It can be tough love.
They need the support in changing their diet, exercising and taking the
supplements to heal the mycoplasma infection, fungal over-growth,
deficiencies, chemical/metal tonicities, hormones and stress. They need to
find a professional using homeopathies, as this seems to be the least
expensive and most beneficial in releasing toxins and healing the components
of both disorders.
Find out what all the components of Chronic Fatigue or Fibromyalgia you may
have in your blood, and get the professional support needed to get well.
Learn how to get rid of this fatigue once and for all. Don’t wait for
Western Medicine to come up with a cure; it won’t be there! As with any
disease you can get well with the right attitude!
Best of luck on your journey!
