Will there ever be one cure for cancer?
By Monica Hirai of Hirai Health Services No matter where
cancer is in the body, the “whole” body is affected. The “cure” rests in
many places.
Some people have found their cure through a wholistic approach entirely,
while others have combined wholistic with chemotherapy and radiation. Still
others simply use chemotherapy and radiation alone.
From observation, the latter is not the best approach. Chemotherapy and
radiation are there to kill cancer cells only. They will never change the
terrain our cells live in, which is where the wholistic approach comes in.
Most cancers are to do with a lifestyle of refined, denutrified foods, lack
of oxygen, harmful environmental toxins or drugs, electromagnetic energy,
etc. There are many ways to change the influence these things have on our
cells. A big one is diet. Which is why the Gerson Therapy diet and the Back
to Eden diet, for instance, have worked for many years. These diets are high
in enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals which help the liver
detoxify and rebuild the body. These principles must be present in anyone’s
cancer program. Proteins are individual and must be according to the
person’s blood type. Some people have found their best protein to be
vegetarian, others animal. I have seen both work. Whatever the case, it must
be organic. Organic is higher in minerals and does not contain pesticides,
etc., which are known to contribute to cancer formation.
Your diet must also contain a green drink, preferably wheat grass juice.
Herbs and/or homeopathic remedies are also useful in detoxifying the body
and can be introduced from the start. They are helpful in cleaning up the
liver and lymphatic (waste) system. Enemas and colon hydrotherapy are highly
advisable to help clean up the body. Oxygen therapies are also very helpful
because cancer cannot survive in an oxygenated environment.
Mental and emotional elements to cancer must also be addressed. If your core
beliefs are not working for you then change them! A typical “cancer” mindset
is to take care of everyone else but yourself. We must feel worthwhile in
order to take care of ourselves. Taking care of yourself is a full time job
when you have cancer. Maybe that is the message cancer has for all of us:
“Are we really taking care of ourselves?” Remember many kinds of people,
many “cures”, not one. Encourage those around you to seek the right “cures’
for themselves!
