ASK OUR EXPERTS...

How do I stop feeling “not good enough” and scared that I won’t make it in this stressful and vicious world?

The first thing to know is that you are not alone. We all experience these thoughts from time to time and they are solely a result of our conditioning and nothing more. There is no reality to these thoughts, they are not true, they do not define you as good or bad, right or wrong, successful or not successful - they are just thoughts. These thoughts are simply a re-creation of fearful thoughts, emotions and visions that have been etched into your subconscious mind from previous conditioning.

The fact of the matter is -- that you are not just good enough -- you are in fact perfect! When you were born you had a completely clean and pure mind; you were so very innocent and open to learning everything you could. Between the ages of 0 to 5 all children are in their subconscious mind the majority of the time; this is how kids learn so quickly. By the age of 5 many children have seen violence and killing on television or even worse in their own home. They have heard parents, family members or daycare workers tell them “no”, “stop that”, “you can’t”, “you’re bad”, “you’re stupid”, and many things worse than this.

Our society tells us that little boys are not supposed to cry and little girls are not supposed to get angry. We are always supposed to please the neighbours and act like something we are not. Our society teaches children that it is not okay to be ourselves. This type of living teaches our children to suppress their true feelings and creates a need within them to please others ahead of themselves and to strive for the complete acceptance of others regardless of who they step on along the way.

The important thing to remember when you are feeling not good enough or scared is that it is okay to feel this way. Stop judging yourself against anyone or anything else and reflect upon your own personal achievements. Focus on what is working for you and give yourself permission to feel whatever emotions come up.

If your feelings are having a negative effect on your relationships, career, health or anything else and you would like to put an end to it once and for all, do your research and find a program that will teach you how to deal with these issues and release you to ultimate freedom forever! You don’t have to live in fear, lack, limitation, scarcity or sickness any longer. Make the decision to change today.
