career fits with you. If you’re not in a job that is satisfying, such as one
that is causing you unhappiness daily, living a healthier lifestyle can be
difficult.
2) How are you dealing with stress? Create an action plan for when
you feel stressed. Go for a walk, do a simple meditation, and exercise
gratitude. Find the lesson from the stressful situation and deal with it
immediately in a professional and loving way. Don’t let anger ponder, and
try to eliminate frustration and judgment from your daily life.
3) Do you engage in activities that nourish the soul and spirit? Read
happy books, exercise, listen to uplifting music, and concentrate on what is
going right within your life, as your thoughts will create your reality.
