RISING WOMEN EXPERT ADVICE...

Why do I not seem satisfied, no matter how much water I drink?

By Amy Mahon of Planet Hydration

This is a common question we encounter and the answer is very important to your health. Health professionals recognize hydration as the most fundamental ingredient needed to achieve and maintain overall health, not to mention that research shows hydration helps to alleviate arthritis, migraines, high blood pressure, asthma, and adult-onset diabetes.

It is proven by Nobel science that it’s not the source or cost of water, nor the pH level or clusters that count in hydration and oxygenation - it’s the energy, chemical balance, and stability of water when you drink it. If water does not possess the correct balance and energy, the majority of it will pass through our system unavailable. Research suggests that no matter how much water we drink, the majority of the population is still chronically dehydrated. This is the reason why we never feel satisfied no matter how much water we drink, and why so many of us have given up drinking water altogether.

Current forms of drinking water (tap water, water cooler jugs, bottled water, etc.) simply do not possess the correct balance and energy needed for water to hydrate, oxygenate, and detoxify. In fact, very little water available to us today possesses the proper chemical balance and energy needed to be effectively absorbed into our cells. Water’s most primary function is to provide cellular hydration and oxygenation, and to remove waste and toxins from our cells. When cells can’t absorb water, they become dehydrated, anaerobic (lack oxygen), and toxins begin to accumulate. This is the perfect environment for disease and illness to manifest. There is no question that chronic dehydration is playing a tremendous role in the health crises we as a society face today. We live in an increasingly toxic environment with less and less ability to flush toxins from our cells, and are in dire need of a solution. With autoimmune disorders, childhood cancers, and asthma on the rise, it is critical that we begin focusing on the most primary, fundamental aspect of health: Hydration.

Drinking water with the correct chemical balance and natural energy is imperative to establishing and maintaining proper hydration, oxygenation, and detoxification levels in the body. Increasing your hydration levels will improve your energy levels and sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen your immune system, improve brain function and focus, and much more.
