On a final note, unlike cosmetic surgery, derma fillers are not permanent. For facial smoothening, the fillers last anywhere from 9 to 12 months. Lip enhancements last form for 6 to 12 months. The cost is another factor. Though far less of an expense of cosmetic surgery upfront, derma fillers are a continual yearly investment and to some, so worth it.
