What is the truth from science about the
difference between positive thinking and manifesting?
Imagine what it would be like to live a zestful life filled with all your
desires. It is said that this can become a reality through manifesting,
which is actually relationship with energy and vibration. Science shows that
energetic vibrations are generated from thoughts and feelings, so wherever a
thought flows, a molecule goes. Scientists know that every person has a
“manifesting vibration” created by trillions of atoms vibrating in our body
in each moment, mainly determined by our consciousness and feelings. For
example, joy, love and curiosity are the feelings that increase our
vibrations, while fear, doubt and resistance are the feelings that lower our
vibrations.
Unlike simply thinking positively, manifesting increases our vibration by
harnessing the highest feeling as long as possible; free from old, nagging
beliefs about “reality”, familiarity and resistance. With positive thinking,
you are in fact just covering up old negative patterns and beliefs, trying
to “think” your way through the block. So in this respect, are you really
ready to transform the real blocks to feelings of joy and peace? Or are you
just delaying the inevitable?
Positive thinking simply defers the limitation without it being resolved at
the source; a short lived and false solution, which explains repeat patterns
disguised by familiarity. Transforming limitations brings forth intention,
awareness and gratitude, and allows the learning required to break through
old patterns, thus the difference between “being” and “living” the feelings
of manifesting versus “thinking” manifesting.
The difference between actually “being” or just “thinking” determines the
zest in your life. “Worrying about the future is like trying to eat the hole
in a doughnut; it is munching on what isn’t,” states Richard Bach.
Therefore, any part of life can be changed -- our relationships, wealth, or
health -- so that our inner self is aligned with our outer world, by
changing the belief and frequency through manifesting. “Joy is not in
things. It is in us,” states Charles Wagner.
